学校体育与社区体育之间存在联系并可协调发展、良性互动,秦巴山区学校体育与社区体育在发展目标、参与主体和实施空间上是一致的,资源可以共享,其协调发展的现实路径为:(1)通过区域高校成立体育社团来协调学校与社区的体育活动;(2)加强学校与单位、企业的联合,形成体育共建;(3)在社区中成立体育俱乐部,吸引学生、家庭参与,进行自主管理,有效促进学校与社区体育发展。  相似文献

How Communities Can Use Research to Hold School Systems Accountable

This article examines how community organizations can use research to identify community education interests and influence school systems to serve those interests. A case study of the Southeast Education Task Force in Baltimore, Maryland, analyzes the organization's efforts to develop a school facility plan and persuade the school system to adopt and implement it. The organization combined formal research on school facilities, political research on allies and decision-makers, and informal collection of local knowledge. It used this research to develop short-term and long-range facility and capital improvement plans. With the research, the organization persuaded the school system to repair school facilities and assisted the system in persuading State decision-makers to approve a new neighborhood school. The article identifies conditions under which community organizations are likely to conduct and use research, as well as conditions under which they may use research influentially with a school system. The case illustrates ways community organizations can use research to hold school systems accountable for responding to community agendas.  相似文献   

临沂市生态建设对鸟类群落的影响

2006年1—12月,对山东省,临沂市区7种不同生态环境类型中的鸟类进行了调查研究．结果显示,工业区和交通占地中的鸟类群落最为相似,公园广场和城市湿地区中的鸟类群落较为相似,商业区的鸟类多样性指数最低,均匀度指数最高．调查结果说明,生态环境质量对鸟类的种类和数量分布有直接的影响．生态环境质量较好的公园广场和城市湿地区鸟类种类最为丰富,稳定性差;环境质量差的商业区鸟类种类和数量最低,稳定性最高．  相似文献

社会资本是当代西方社会科学研究的一个重要概念和分析工具。在不同学者那里,社会资本的概念有着不同的界定。西方有关社会资本的主流理论认为,社会资本具有独立于其他资本的独立性功能,但是最近大量的实证研究发现,社会资本是否真正具有独立性功能在社区脱贫项目的实践中面临着许多现实的困难,主要的问题在于社会资本的积累,特别是对社区经济发展有重要影响的跨越型和垂直型社会资本在很大程度上都依赖于行动者所处的社会和经济阶层。由此可见,西方主流社会资本理论可能存在着一些内在的缺陷,而这些对我们进一步探讨社会资本理论在中国社区经济研究领域的价值具有重要的借鉴意义。  相似文献

How shall we understand the signified "community" as in a Pacific Community? Conventional understanding of "community" privileges community understood as diversity, a collective of multiple identifiers of cultures and nations (as in multiculturalism or multinationalism). Postcolonialists, like Stuart Hall and Homi Bhabha, claim that such imaginary is inscribed in "democractic liberalism," suppressing, concealing, and containing the imaginary of "community as difference." In this article, the author calls upon readers to move boldly into the interspace midst these two imaginaries, and claims that though it is a site of ambiguity, ambivalence, and uncertainty, it may be a site of generative possibilities and hope for newness, a site of becoming in struggle.  相似文献

我国社区教育研究与实践进入21世纪后,迎来了繁荣发展期,国家高度重视社区教育的建设,出台了一系列的政策措施推动其发展,学术界也进行了大量的研究。通过系统地对近20年来我国社区教育的研究文献进行梳理和分析,结果发现从2000年以后,我国的社区教育研究可以大致分为两个阶段:第一个阶段(2000—2007年)主要以社区教育的实验探索、国外的经验介绍为主要内容,并以大量的相似讨论主题为主要特点;第二阶段(2008—2018年)主要以全国开展的社区教育试点及思路的反思为主要内容,并以谋求社区教育的内涵式发展为主要特点。虽然近年来我国越来越重视社区教育的发展,但是从当前对社区教育的研究中可以发现,我国的社区教育仍然存在内涵界定不清晰、缺乏宏观的空间规划、教师队伍建设能力不足、管理及保障体制机制等内涵能力建设研究不充分等问题,未来可以加强对社区教育的宏观空间格局演进及规划、微观的社区教育资源配置以及数字时代的内涵能力建设等方面的研究。  相似文献
